Ida Corr

Danish IDA CORR continues her personal style and international sound on her second album release Robosoul.
Where the first album Streetdiva was an amazing cocktail of sexy urban soul, R'n'b, rap and even a touch of country is the second release Robosoul exactly what the title suggests: modern, electronical soul.
Ida started playing drums when she was six and formed her first band at the age of nine. At 11 she won the first child song contest ever arranged by Denmark's National Radio. Ever since then music has been her life.
Her sensuous voice has been in the limelight among Danish record companies for several years, but Ida Corr is as strong as her voice indicates and she declined them all.
Not until she was ready to write and co-produce her own material did she agree to sign a record deal, and the debut Streetdiva is a very personal record, Street for the urban, funky groovy girl and Diva for the sensual sexy soulful woman. The single releases U make Me Wanna, Make Them Beg and Country Girl were all radio hits, and the press attention around Ida has been huge and very positive.
Ida likes that her songs touch people and give them her angle on life if it's a party or a heartache, she wants to reach people on an emotional level and most importantly having loads of fun doing it.
Ida Corr’s second release Robosoul is another personal statement. Electronical Soul with several potentional club hits and a sound, which is in no way typical for an artist from a small, northern country.
And The World is also waiting just around the corner for Ida Corr. Deals for several European territories have been closed and more are on their way, her first single will be released soon in the US and a project with Lauryn Hill producer Jaz Rogers and Rahsaan Patterson in SugaRush Beat Company is also on the verge.
IDA CORR´s is precisely what you didn't expect to come around from the cold.
